Ashtanga Yoga as a Moving Meditation
Saturday April 27th
7:30-11am @ LoveYoga, Taupo
We will start with talk and exercises to cultivate awareness, then we will apply what we have learned through the standing asana, and move into a Mysore style session.
This will be followed by pranayama with a focus on the foundations of kumbhaka (breath hold). From this workshop you will be able to safely and confidently continue with your own powerful pranayama practice, handouts will be provided. Tea and snack will be provided post practice, prior to discussion time.
